What You'll Do:

As a Head of IT Helpdesk at Go Digital, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' satisfaction, ensuring our service promise to them. As most of our clients are Germany-based, you need to have a good level of German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer errors, facilitate communication, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Efficiently manage software bugs and requests.
  • Maintain customer engagement and oversee software changes.
  • Accurately document projects and gather information for new software releases.
  • Be proactive: share thoughts & ways to optimise the existing working processes and software.
  • Generate management reports and enhance documentation.
  • Contribute process optimization suggestions.
  • Optimise the Go Digital Helpdesk website for improved customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in CRM/ERP software.
  • Strong focus on customer success.
  • Experience in a B2B and SaaS provider company with high automation standards and knowledge of all the niche’s ins and outs.
  • Proficient in process management and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively, even under pressure.
  • Fluent in German (C1), IT English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in creating technical documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
  • A team player who can delegate tasks effectively.
  • Self-organised and disciplined to be available remotely into our working time for critical customer support via phone/email.
  • Experienced or familiar in our Tech Stack (see the list below).
