What You'll Do:

Oversee the full lifecycle of new software products within our organization, from requirements collection to software development and meticulous documentation.
Collaborate closely with top-level management, providing constant updates on the business's progress and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of our SaaS Hosting Infrastructure for our B2B Clients.
Research and fix the issues of the SaaS Hosting Infrastructure.
Support our Head of DevOps to automate our IT Infrastructure.
Optimize the monitoring of our IT Infrastructure.
Automate the critical cases to provide the highest availability for our IT Infrastructure.
Increase our working process efficiency using your best experience, insights, and the best modern approaches.

Qualifications:

You are familiar with most tools & technologies at our Go Digital - Tech Stack.
Very good communication skills.
High skills for analyzing to creating data analytics with BI systems.
Engaging tutorials and invaluable wiki content are your specialties.
Strong Linux knowledge.
Infrastructure as a code knowledge, preferably Terraform.
Very organized and disciplined to be remotely available during our working time for critical customer support.
Was working in an IT SaaS provider company and know what risks and problems exist and bring us working solutions into our organization.
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in DevOps.
Fluent in IT English.
Automation and process optimization are your domains.
Process Logic Guru: BPMN and DMN are your trusted allies.
