As the Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) at Go Digital, you will hold the reins of our business, driving growth, overseeing teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of our core operations. This role is a mix of Product Manager and Chief Technology Officer duties intended for optimisation and automation of our IT Infrastructure.

You will be the communicational and organisational point between our internal development team, consultants and marketing department.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of new software products within our organisation, from requirements collection to software development and meticulous documentation.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with top-level management, providing constant updates on the business's progress and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

• Review requirements from our german Consultants that exist
• Plan Technical requirements with internal Team.
• You'll steer new projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and our cherry-picked clients thriving for innovation. Reviewing existing business requirements and planning their technical implementation.
• You'll map out milestones, tasks, and dependencies, ensuring a smooth journey.
• You'll oversee workloads, ensuring the project sails without turbulence.
• You'll be our client whisperer, keeping them in the loop.
• You'll guide our tech wizards to craft software and automate with finesse.
• You'll keep our digital wiki shipshape.
• You'll shape our processes with your insights.

• 5 years Experience with Project/Product Management under Scrum Method with a Team size from minimum 10 to 15 Team.
• Very fast and quick learning to adaped on existing working process.
• Give proactive and quick thinkers his feedback to optimise the existing working processes and software
• Very organize and discipin for running Scrum Team and managed high load of data.
• Very good communication skills.
• High skills for analyzing and ask questions to Team Members.
• Understand the skills of his Team Members and can develop their skills.
